Greetings everyone,

Thanks again for supporting Nightmare Symphony on Kickstarter! We can’t wait to get this new story and all the other goodies into your hands! And guess what? We are well underway with production and we’re slated to ship in November! All you’ll need to do is answer a few questions for us in a couple of weeks and we’ll be good to go!

Here’s a walkthrough of the next steps, so you’ll know what to expect:

BILLING

Kickstarter is currently in process of getting everyone billed for their pledges (i.e. the stuff you ordered). If Kickstarter runs into difficulty billing your card for your pledge, they will send you an email with instructions on how to correct your payment info (keep an eye out for that email!).

IMPORTANT NOTE: The billing period for the Nightmare Symphony campaign will end this Friday (September 14) at 7:00PM Arizona Time. If Kickstarter is still unable to bill you for your pledge by this day and time, your pledge will be dropped, but it will be transferred over as a balance due on your backer survey in BackerKit. More on this in the FAQ below!

BACKER SURVEYS (QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ANSWERED TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER)

On Monday, September 24 and Tuesday, September 25, we will distribute emails with invitations to backer surveys (questions we ask to complete your order) to all backers of Nightmare Symphony from a website called BackerKit. Please keep an eye on your email for your invitation on that Monday and Tuesday!

Backer Survey Steps:

1. During your backer survey, we will ask you a few questions to complete your order.

2. After you answer your survey questions, you will be given an opportunity to purchase many of the available items we offered during the Kickstarter campaign, plus some NEW items in the “Add-ons” section of your survey!

3. At the end of your backer survey, BackerKit will collect your shipping address and card information (if required).

FAIR WARNING: It is very important that you complete your survey ASAP to ensure we deliver your goodies on time in November. We cannot ship rewards to backers with incomplete surveys!

NIGHTMARE SYMPHONY LAST-CHANCE “POP-UP” SHOP

Do you have a FIEND in your life that missed the Nightmare Symphony campaign? Not to fear! We’ll be offering many of the items that were offered on the Kickstarter campaign (plus some NEW goodies) in the Nightmare Symphony Last-Chance “Pop-Up” Shop hosted by BackerKit starting Thursday, September 24. We will share the link to this shop here and on Lady Death Universe on that day.

POST-CAMPAIGN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q. Can Brian Pulido sign my reward items? How do I ask for that and how much does it cost? A. Brian is happy to sign most reward items offered on the Nightmare Symphony campaign, free of charge! We will ask you for your signing preference during your backer survey. But please note that we cannot offer signatures on the following campaign items:

• Mystery Envelopes
• Lady Death: Extinction Express #1 - Chase Editions
• Stretch Goal Incentive Items (including the Lady Death: Sworn #1 incentive book)

Q. Do you guys offer artist signatures on items as well? A. Because our artists span the globe, we unfortunately cannot offer artist signatures on campaign items. Sorry about that!

Q. Can Brian Pulido personalize my reward items? A. Due to capacity, we no longer offer custom personalizations from Brian on campaign items. But Brian would be more than happy to sign your items! Please catch him at a convention for personalizations!

Q. I over-pledged for add-ons during the campaign. How do I know I’ll be receiving those? A. Although your over-pledge add-ons will not appear to you in Kickstarter, we did account for your add-ons and they will show up during your backer survey in BackerKit.

Q. Kickstarter dropped my pledge. Will I lose my rewards? A. If Kickstarter dropped your pledge for nonpayment, don’t fear! Your pledge info will still be transferred over to BackerKit and you will still receive a backer survey. A balance due will appear at the end of your survey, which can be settled with any major credit or debit card during the survey period.

Q. When will I get my stuff? A. We plan on shipping all Nightmare Symphony rewards in November. We will keep everyone updated as we draw closer to the exact ship date.

The Lady Death: Nightmare Symphony campaign was a crazy ride! The campaign officially closed at $295,888, which places Nightmare Symphony as the 17th most funded comic Kickstarter in history!

Needless to say, this is quite the feat and I’m still completely in awe with the outpouring of support from everyone involved in this historic campaign! None of this would have been possible without the support of our staff, talent, vendors, and most of all, our totally awesome backers who helped get this project to the presses.

Now, I’d like to take a moment to do some shout-outs to all of the awesome people involved in bringing Nightmare Symphony to life:

The insanity continues with Nightmare Symphony and we're down to our FINAL few hours of the campaign! At 7:00PM Arizona Time tonight, the campaign will come to an end and we'll get the ball rolling on manufacturing!

Last night, the campaign exceeded $280,000 in pledges, which means that the $280K SECRET STRETCH GOAL INCENTIVE is now unlocked!

All backers pledged towards physically-shipping rewards will receive this secret item, plus all of the other great incentive items we've unlocked during the course of the campaign!

Thanks again to everyone for making all of this possible! You guys continue to amaze us every time and FIEND NATION will live to see many great things to come!

Just a while ago, the Nightmare Symphony Kickstarter campaign has officially surpassed $270,000 in funding from over 2,000 backers -- with less than 3 days left on the clock! Congrats and thank you for helping us reach this milestone!

The LADY DEATH 2019 MINI CALENDAR is now unlocked and will be sent to all backers pledged towards a physically-shipping reward for FREE along with all of the other awesome stuff we've unlocked so far!
