I’m new to Lady Death. Where do I start?
Welcome! In the Coffin Comics Lady Death Universe, Chaos Rules is the best place to start her epic adventure. Damnation Game would be the second story to read, followed by Extinction Express, Oblivion Kiss, Merciless Onslaught, Unholy Ruin, Apocalyptic Abyss and finally, Nightmare Symphony. We offer a complete digital copy set in this campaign, in case you need to catch up. If you would prefer physical copies, we have those, too!

Will there be any stretch goals after the campaign reaches its funding goal?
Yes, we’ve already unlocked our first stretch goal incentive! All backers pledged towards a physically shipping reward will receive all of the incentive items we unlock over the course of the campaign for FREE!

Can Brian Pulido sign my campaign items?
Yes, Brian would be happy to sign most items offered on this campaign. We’ll ask you whether you’d like SIGNED or UNSIGNED items during your backer survey, which will be sent to you a couple of weeks after the campaign closes. Please note that we cannot offer signatures on “Chase” products, Mystery Envelopes or Stretch Goal incentive items.

I changed my mind and want to select a different reward. How do I do that?
Simply click the “Manage” button next to your pledge amount for Apocalyptic Abyss and there, you can change your pledge amount and reward selection.

Kickstarter will only let me select one reward. Can I add other items to my existing pledge?
Yes! If there’s anything additional you’d like from the campaign that isn’t included with your reward selection, we’re happy to accommodate you through an over-pledge. Just send us a message here on Kickstarter! The only things we can’t add on would be items that are exclusive to certain reward tiers. Please see the “ADD-ONS” section near the top of the story page for more details.

I want to add additional Mystery Envelopes to my pledge. How many am I allowed to add?
To keep things fair for everyone, there is a limit of 10 total Mystery Envelopes per backer. If you’re pledged towards a tier that includes a Mystery Envelope (the $299, $499 and $799 tiers do!), you may add up to 9 additional envelopes for a total of 10.

I pledged for a digital reward. How or when will these rewards be delivered?
All digital rewards will be distributed to backers via BackerKit sometime in November 2018, around the same time we begin fulfilling the physical rewards. We will notify all backers as we draw closer to the exact delivery date.

I pledged for a reward tier that includes a copy of Lady Death: Extinction Express #1 - Chase Edition. Can you clue me into which color I’ll be receiving?
No, because that would be cheating! Chase Edition items will be completely randomized by an unbiased 3rd party prior to distribution. Each individual copy will then be carefully shielded and sealed to prevent detection during order fulfillment.
NOTE: Because of the sealed and randomized nature of these products, all copies of these products will be delivered UNSIGNED. However, Brian would be more than happy to autograph your copy in person at a show, if you’d like!

When will I be billed for my pledge?
When you place your pledge, Kickstarter will collect your credit card info. This info is kept securely on file, but please note that you will not be charged until after the campaign ends on Friday, September 7, 2018. With this in mind, please plan accordingly. After the close of the campaign, there will be a 1-week administrative period where Kickstarter will attempt to finalize your pledge payment. Be aware that Kickstarter will drop your pledge if your payment cannot be resolved during this period. Kickstarter will send you email reminders with instructions to update your payment info if they run into any difficulty processing your payment.

When will I receive my backer survey?
Backer surveys will be distributed approximately two weeks after the close of the campaign on via BackerKit (so, likely in Late September). These surveys must be completed in order for us to ship your rewards to you in November, so please keep an eye on your email! If you use a Microsoft-based email address such as Hotmail, MSN or Outlook, please make sure that your junk mail filter is set to allow emails from BackerKit. If you use Gmail, please note that this email provider tends to place BackerKit emails in the “Promotions” tab of your inbox.

How will my rewards be shipped and how will they be packaged?
Domestically, we ship all rewards via USPS or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the package and where it’s going. International rewards will be shipped through USPS International. In terms of packaging, we go through great lengths to uphold the very best shipping and handling procedures in the industry. We use packaging boxes all rated at 200 psi burst strength. Your items will be securely packaged so that they don’t shift during transit. Any of our past customers or backers will be able to tell you how much we care about these things!

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is FREE to backers residing in the United States. If you’re an international backer, there will be a shipping fee added to your pledge amount, which will vary depending on the reward you select and where you live. These shipping rates only reflect the actual cost differences we incur between domestic and international rates. We do not profit from shipping and handling and we never will!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
